Corporate Team Building
The Art Studios is a wonderful venue for team building
exercises. Conveniently located in UpTown Waterloo,
The Art Studios seat up to 35 people. We have hosted
teams from Scotia Bank, U of W, public school teachers,
RIM and many others.
The studio is available seven days a week, 9:00am - 9p.m.
Choose from ceramic, clay, or glass fusing activities –our
goal is to work with your budget, so , team up with us
and make your team building event a wonderful growth

We love to host don and special student events. All
students receive a 50% discount on their second hour
studio fee. In addition, when booking a party for 10 or
more, the don or the group leader paints for free, and he

Non-Profit Organizations
The Art Studios believe in building a strong community
in K-W region, therefore we have created a special

Paint with Me (Seniors)
Our seniors program has been well received in the KW
area. Our studio staff visits several retirement
residences on regular basis and presents pottery
painting sessions. These projects provide a great social
interaction for the residents, as well as improve their
fine motor skills. Please e-mail us to schedule a visit to
your residence.
Our Friends with Special Needs
All our special needs clients accompanied by support
workers will receive a 2-for-1 studio fee. Please e-mail
us for more information.
Youth Groups
Your are always welcome at the studio. Meeting on a
specific night? We will do our best to accommodate
you. The Art Studios offers a wide variety of ceramics
that will appeal to all age groups. We provide a fun
environment your group will love. Groups of 10 or

Field Trips
The Art Studios offers a unique selection of curriculum
based field trips. Our program is designed to offer
activities and lessons that fulfill the requirements of the
current Ontario elementary school curriculum in both
the Visual Arts and Social Studies. Our curriculum
based programming will introduce students to project
planning of ceramic and clay projects. Programming is
tailored to meet the requirements of each grade’s Arts
curriculum, and we have incorporated grade specific
social studies curriculum themes into our program as an
option for teachers and students to incorporate some
creativity into the social studies lessons. Please e-mail us

ArtReach/Take out Group Projects
One of our goals is to actively contribute to great
community building endeavours, might it be organized
groups, camps, sports teams, religious organizations,
and other no-profit groups working with children and
youth. We understand that non-profit budgets are tight,
especially in this economy.
Our ArtReach program has been designed with your
group, and your budget in mind. We have selected a
number of exciting projects, available to your group, at a
great discount. In addition to these savings, we also help
you to save your transportation costs, by virtually bring
our studio to you.
We make setting up your event easy. Once the drop-off
date is arranged, we will ask the group leader to visit
our studio and select a project for his or her group. We
will pack all the supplies and tools, along with your
ceramics and instruction sheet, and drop off everything
for you.
When the pottery is painted, we will ask you to bring
back the artwork to the studio for firing. We will
individually wrap and label each item, and have it ready
for pick up a week later. The $12.00 cost per child
includes ceramics, paints, use of our tools, glazing,
firing and delivery charges.
Minimum group size is 10 children. Groups of 20 or
more might qualify for additional discounts.
